Senior Pastor |

| Vince Armfield has been with First Baptist since 1993. He served for six years as the Youth Pastor and five years as the church's Assistant Pastor to Bill Fortner. In 2005, he became the Senior Pastor. He is a graduate of Cascade Bible College, Bellevue, WA., with a Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree and the Northwest Baptist Seminary, Tacoma, WA., with a Master of Ministry degree. Prior to First Baptist Church, he served for 9 years in the United States Air Force's Security Forces where he earned an Associates Degree in Industrial Security from the Community College of the Air Force. While with First Baptist he has traveled to Israel and led short-term mission works in Seattle, Everett, Utah, New Mexico, England, India and the Dominican Republic. In addition to his role as Pastor at First Baptist, he is also a City of Kirkland Fire Department Chaplain. He is orginally from Westbury, Long Island, N.Y. and is married to Janis and has a daughter (Mykaela) and two sons (Chase and Ethan).

| West Shoultz Attended the Word of Life Bible in Hudson, FL form 2000-2001 then transferred to Clearwater Christian College from 2001-2004 in Clearwater Florida, where he studied for church ministries with an emphasis in youth ministry. During his five years of living in Florida he had the privilege of serving as a Sunday school teacher, youth leader, and a pastoral intern. |

| Eric attended Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, NY from 2004-05 and continued on to Moody Bible Institute where he graduated with his BA in Biblical Studies. He is currently enrolled and taking classes at Northwest Baptist Seminary. Eric has interned for two summers at First Baptist Church ministering in various areas such as music, teaching, youth ministry, children's ministries and visitation. While attending Moody Bible in Chicago, he had the opportunity to serve at Mayfair Bible Church in similar areas such as teaching, preaching, music, children and youth ministries. Eric truly enjoys the mountains around Seattle (especially when he is able to be hiking in them) and coffee. Eric is currently engaged and the wedding is set for April 12, 2008, a day he can hardly wait for. |

| Lenore has been a member of First Baptist Church since 1994. She grew up in Tucson, Arizona. Before becoming the Administrative Assistant at First Baptist Church in the fall of 2005 she worked for the Mukilteo School District in Everett, Washington for 5 years as a Paraeducator/Office Clerk and 7 years as a Graphics Technician. Before that she was a full-time homemaker. She is the FBC Drama Team leader and sings in the choir and on the worship team. She has two grown children, Christine and Stephen. |

| Janis has been with First Baptist as the Choir Director since 2002. She is orginally from Hyde Park, New York and has been a member of First Baptist since 1992. She has attended Dutchess Community College, Poughkeepsie, N.Y. She has been involved with church music for over 25 years. In addition to serving at First Baptist she is a Pre-School teacher with Arrowhead Inglemoore Pre-School in Kenmore, WA. She is an avid reader and accomplished vocalist. Her passion is to serve the Lord in the positions that He places her. She is married to Vince and has a daughter (Mykaela) and two sons (Chase and Ethan). |
